BAS - Brake Assist

The system is also known as BDC (Brake Dynamic Control).

Very often, in an emergency situation, an ordinary motorist does not apply the necessary force to the brake pedal, and therefore it is impossible to enter the range of the ABS action, this leads to prolonged braking and, therefore, to risk.

Therefore, if, in an emergency, the driver quickly applies the brake without applying proper pressure, the system will detect the driver's intentions and intervene by applying maximum pressure to the braking system.

ABS will take care of the unlocking of the wheels, without which the BAS could not exist.
