A new program has been launched to catch drivers behind the wheel without a mandatory third-party liability policy.
— Based on the operational data from the Central Register of Vehicles, we will compare the date of the first registration of the vehicle with the date of purchase of the third-party liability insurance policy, — explains Wojciech Bijak, Director of the Insurance Guarantee Information Centre. — If the insurance was purchased after the date of registration of the vehicle, we will require the owner to pay a fine.
