Her test: Škoda Octavia 1.6 TDI (81 kW) Greenline.

When the guys in the office were wondering which car to give me for a test, and I admitted under threat that I had never driven an automatic machine before, they got rid of me with the help of the Škoda Octavia 1.6 TDI Greenline. Perot noticed that the car was too big for me, so I quickly grabbed the keys from the table so no one would change their mind.

The journey took me to Lienz for the Red Bull Dolomitenmann race, which I followed as a journalist (the fact that I will test this "oversized" car on the road is called multitasking in the local language). And since in such extreme races you crawl over extreme terrain, I carried quite a few bags of contents on the sidewalk "just in case." I opened the trunk and looked: I could fit three car salesmen in it, beautifully knitted and glued together (okay, wild imagination).

And I was heading towards Jesenice, where I stopped at the pump to buy a vignette (!), When two black-haired people with slanting eyes and absolutely the largest backpacks in the world knocked on my window. I opened the window and was asked if you could come with me before the turn to Klagenfurt, because I have “the biggest and most beautiful car”. I found out that one of the boys was an opera singer, she quickly turned off the radio and scared the Phantom of the Opera so hard in front of Klagenfurt in my silent Skoda.

The singer and architect, like me, set a goal to travel as cheaply and comfortably as possible. For a month in Europe, they spent only 300 euros, because they squeeze their fingers and sleep under a soft sky. Well, with my Škoda, all this would cost them even less - you can sleep in it, and the trunk can be turned into a living room if necessary (again, a vivid imagination). 220 kilometers. They came, they saw, they conquered (me, not driving fatigue).

PS: Alyosha severely limited me in the text, because a big car requires a big picture, but I would be happy to apply because this Octavia takes on the adventure and also travels with it (the boys, unfortunately, have already recovered the car). This is my first car, which reminded me that I have not been to Rome for a long time. A little for humanity, a little for my Skoda.

The baby is judging

Model: Skoda Octavia 1.6 TDI Greenline

First impression: How will I park?!?

dinner: If he buys it for me, I'll drive almost free.

Fuel consumption: 4,5 l / 100 km (subject to traffic rules)

Household mathematics: 100 km = 6 euros = 4 coffee = cake plus coffee = ha!

If i listen … The car is spinning quietly.

Ability to handle: very tender

Rear seats: great for cuddling

Special pluses: start-stop function (every stop at a traffic light is pure zen), a parking ticket holder (otherwise I always lose it), a box for glasses (otherwise something always happens to them), parking sensors (bajbaj abraded ratkape), a huge trunk with socket along the way, I can dry my hair with a hair dryer), a box under the passenger seat (where I can store my laptop, other valuables and ballerinas for driving), power windows with a child lock (you never know), 600-liter barrel ve).

How I parked: There is nothing easier!

I do not recommend the car: constipation (due to its tourist nature, it will only make you feel bad) and an enemy of the environment (the car has extremely low CO2 emissions).
