Harley-Davidson has officially unveiled its LiveWire electric motorcycles. In black and orange, the two-wheeler looks unusual, but the most impressive thing is the sound, or rather the absence of Harley-Davidson's trademark, characteristic gurgling. Instead, we hear an electric whistle.

Harley-Davidson boasted that the sound was no accident. The gears between the motor and the drive belt are designed to create a whistle that varies in pitch with speed. Thanks to this, a person riding a motorcycle can determine the speed of a two-wheeled vehicle by ear. In addition, other bikes sound similar - in movie number two, you can see the acceleration of the Zero SR.

The manufacturer does not disclose detailed technical data of LiveWire.... It is only known that it will have seven driving modes, four of which are factory. Instead of the classic counter, an electronic display has appeared, and the motorcycle will optionally be equipped with a CCS quick charge connector.

The electric Harley-Davidson will go on sale in 2019, with the first orders coming in January. Unfortunately his prices have not been announced either... This is a big problem for brand lovers.
