Hydraulic oil HLP 46 is produced on the basis of industrial, hydrotreated oils. Additives - chemical, polymer additives that increase the anti-corrosion, anti-wear and anti-destructive properties.
DIN 51524 defines this oil as a medium viscosity universal type hydraulic fluid. It can be used in closed hydraulic systems and in equipment that is operated inside the building. The working pressure in them must not exceed 100 bar. If it is necessary to use the working fluid all-season and outdoors, it is recommended to purchase HVLP 46 oil.

Also, when considering the technical parameters of this hydraulics, it is worth mentioning the cleanliness class. It is determined according to GOST 17216. The average value is 10-11, which makes it possible to use oil as a lubricant even in complex imported and modern domestic hydraulic equipment.
Properties and features of the composition
Recipe for hydraulic oil HLP 46, as well as a more viscous analogue HLP 68, meets the requirements of equipment manufacturers, international and Russian quality and safety standards.
Among the main properties of the oil, it is worth noting:
- Anti-corrosion. Additives in the composition of the product prevent the formation of corrosion spots and its further spread.
- Antioxidant. When exposed to high temperatures outdoors in the presence of metal parts, chemical reactions occur that can lead to equipment failure. This oil will prevent such reactions.
- Demulsifying. The oil prevents the formation of stable emulsions.
- Depressor. At low temperatures protects the working fluid from turbidity and the release of harmful sediments.
- Anti-wear. In conditions of increased friction, the use of lubricant will extend the service life and significantly reduce wear on parts.
- Antifoam. During long-term operation, it does not emit foam, which protects the equipment from technical malfunctions.
Such hydraulics with a viscosity of 46 as "Gazpromneft" effectively and comprehensively protect hydraulic systems from premature wear and repair.
Applications and ways of implementation
HLP 46 oil, in addition to the indicated properties, is also characterized by:
- The ability to reduce the risk of cavitation, that is, the collapse of bubbles during the operation of the hydraulic fluid. This will stabilize the pressure and indicators of air removal from the system.
- Good filterability, no oxidation or deposits, as in HLP 32 hydraulics, which allows you to postpone the timing of service checks and maintenance of equipment.
- High fluidity, allowing the oil to quickly distribute throughout the system without energy loss due to friction.
All the characteristics of hydraulic oil HLP 46 allow it to be used in such units as jet motors, high-speed hydraulic pumps, control valves, piston hydraulic equipment, vane pumps.
Hydraulics is sold in barrels from 20 to 250 liters, depending on the technical parameters of the hydraulic system in which it will be used. An affordable price is set for a small displacement.
