The main task of adjusting the mirrors is the ability to control the situation outside the visibility zone and, to a minimum, make unnecessary head movements and be distracted from the road.
In general, mirrors help the driver to control the situation on the road: park, avoid getting into emergency situations, see obstacles in time and give way in time to avoid a collision. Mirrors allow you to feel the dimensions of the car, determine the distance from the side to the curb or another car. In addition, without looking at the display, it is difficult to change lanes, it is impossible to estimate the speed of other vehicles.

How to properly adjust the side mirrors?
To understand how to properly adjust the side mirrors, you need to divide such mirrors into the left (driver's) and right mirrors. regulate left the side mirror is needed as follows:

- then you need to turn your head a little to the left and look out the window, adjusting the position of the mirror so that you see in it only a small part of the rear fender of your car and maximum space behind the car.

- then, by adjustments, it is necessary to ensure that the right wing is seen in the right mirror;
- when viewed from the driver's seat, instead of the entire wing, only its edge will be visible.
*If most of the rear fender of the car is visible from the driver's seat in the right side mirror, and not its edge, then the mirror is not adjusted correctly. It is important to immediately get used to the fact that in properly configured side mirrors (both left and right) there is practically no reflection of your car.
How to adjust the rear view mirror?
To adjust the mirror in the cabin, you should focus on the center point of view of the rear window. The center of the mirror must match the center of the rear window. To adjust the rearview mirror:
- the driver must take the correct position, sitting on the seat;
- after that, you need to adjust the mirror so that you can fully see the rear window of the car through it, as well as get the opportunity to partially view the side sections of the road.
Adjusting the mirror system on the machine while driving is prohibited! To understand whether all mirrors are configured correctly, it is better to invite an assistant. To check, it is enough to sit in the driver's seat, while the assistant should slowly walk around the car at a distance of about 2 meters from the car. The driver at this time should follow the movement of the assistant only on the mirrors. If the reflection of the assistant disappears in the side mirror, but immediately appears in the mirror in the cabin, the mirrors are correctly adjusted.
