  • 3 drops of juniper essential oil
  • 5 drops of peppermint essential oil
  • 12 drops of wintergreen essential oil
  • 10 drops of real lavender essential oil
  • 15 drops of lemon eucalyptus essential oil
  • 4,5 ml arnica macerate
  • 4 ml St. John's wort macerate
  • 10 ml arnica vegetable oil for dilution
