Lada Kalina NFR 2015 is a homologation version of Lada Kalina Sport. Outwardly, it is practically no different from the older version of the sports hatchback. The body still retains its sporty feel. It adds only minor details, such as additional air intakes on the hood. The most anticipated version of the sporty Kalina is known primarily for its power unit.

TECH SPECS:

The power unit of the sports car was based on a 16-valve engine from Grants Sport, which produced 98 horses. Engineers modified this ICE by installing camshafts with a modified cam profile in the timing belt, making filling and ventilation of the cylinders more efficient.

Also, the unit received an improved electronic injection system, which is controlled by an ECU with updated firmware. The rest of the transmission mechanisms, chassis and suspension remained unchanged.

EQUIPMENT
