60 Volvo V2020 Review: Snapshot

The 60 Volvo V2020 lineup opens with the Momentum variant, which is priced at $56,990 plus travel expenses, thousands of dollars cheaper than competing luxury models. The V60 station wagon - a wide lineup - is a $2000 increase over the 60 sedan options. 

The V60 Momentum has 17-inch alloy wheels, LED headlights and taillights, a 9.0-inch multimedia touchscreen with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto support, as well as DAB+ digital radio, keyless entry, auto-dimming rearview mirror, auto-dimming and automatic folding. rear-view mirrors, dual-zone climate control and natural leather seats and steering wheel.

Safety equipment for all V60 models includes standard automatic emergency braking (AEB) with pedestrian and cyclist detection, rear AEB, lane keeping assist with lane departure warning, steering assisted blind spot monitoring, cross traffic alert rear, adaptive cruise control and rear view camera with front and rear parking sensors. 

The V60 Momentum is equipped with a T5 engine and transmission - a 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder four-cylinder petrol engine and an eight-speed automatic transmission with permanent all-wheel drive (AWD). 

The T5 layout delivers 187kW (at 5500rpm) and 350Nm (1800-4800rpm) of torque, and a claimed 0-100km/h time of 6.5 seconds. Claimed fuel consumption is 7.3 liters per 100 kilometers.
