What is Iveco Non Stop and what is it for
Iveco Non Stop is an application available for both Android smartphones and tablets, as well as iPhones and iPads, which can be downloaded free of charge from the respective Google Play Store and App Store (download link at the end of the article).
In short, as expected, the application acts as an intermediary for contact Iveco supportby offering the user a number of functions aimed at making it easier for the user to request assistance with updates related to the repair stages, and in addition, allows you to order a repair intervention from your smartphone, even if it is not urgent.
How Iveco Non Stop works
At the first access, the user is asked to enter his mobile phone number for registration, gradually entering various necessary data, or to access his profile, which is already present and associated with the entered number.
Then Iveco Non Stop will present itself with all its functions located ininterface Spartan yet intuitive, with Urgent Inquiry and Reservation labels in the foreground. There is also a side menu, accessible by swiping from the edge of your phone or by pressing the hamburger icon, which includes settings related to your profile and saved vehicles.
How to request help
In the event of an emergency, the Iveco Non Stop app prompts the user to use a special function “Urgent request“To contact emergency services, the function is only available after adding a new vehicle by entering the relevant data, such as license plate and chassis number.
Once this is done, simply follow the instructions of the app displayed on the screen to start practice, to which you can also attach photos to better describe the problem. Alternatively, you can still rely on a toll free number, accessible via a dedicated icon in the center of the home screen.
