24.1
Only persons without medical contraindications are allowed to teach driving a vehicle.
24.2
Persons studying a car must have at least 16 years, and a motorcycle or moped - 14 years old. Such persons are required to have a document proving their age.
24.3
A person learning to drive a vehicle is required to know and comply with the requirements of these Rules.
24.4
Initial training in driving a vehicle should be held in closed areas, racetracks or in places where there are no other road users.
24.5
Driving on the roads is permitted only in the presence of a driver training specialist and with sufficient initial driving skills for the student.

Vehicles (with the exception of motorcycles, mopeds and ATVs) on which training is carried out must have the identification marks "Training vehicle" in accordance with the requirements of subparagraph "k" of paragraph 30.3 of these Rules. Vehicles that are systematically used for training should also be equipped with additional clutch pedals (if the vehicle is designed with a clutch pedal), accelerator (if the vehicle is designed to be equipped with such a pedal) and braking, mirror or rear-view mirrors for specialist in driver training.
24.9
Learning to drive vehicles in residential areas on car roads and motorways is prohibited. The list of roads on which driving training is allowed is agreed with the authorized unit of the National Police (excluded from the traffic rules on the basis of Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 660 of 30.08.2017/XNUMX/XNUMX).
