d)the inclusion of dipped headlights in the daytime;

9.3

In the absence or malfunction of the direction indicators, the signals of the beginning of movement from the right edge of the roadway, stopping at the left, turning left, turning or changing lanes to the left are served by the left arm extended to the side, or by the right arm extended to the side and bent at the elbow under right angle up.

Signals of the start of movement from the left edge of the roadway, stop to the right, turn right, change lanes to the right are given by the right arm extended to the side, or the left arm extended to the side and bent at the elbow at a right angle up.

If there are no or malfunctioning braking signals, such a signal is given by the left or right hand raised up.

9.4

It is necessary to give a signal by direction indicators or by hand in advance of the maneuver (taking into account the speed of movement), but not less than 50–100 m in settlements and 150–200 m outside them, and stop immediately after it is completed (signaling by hand should finish immediately before the start of the maneuver). It is forbidden to give a signal if it may not be clear to other participants in the movement.

The warning signal does not give the driver an advantage and does not exempt him from taking precautionary measures.

9.5

It is forbidden to give sound signals in settlements, unless it is impossible to prevent a traffic accident (RTA) without it.

9.6

d)in the tunnels.

From October 1 to May 1, all motor vehicles outside settlements must have daytime running lights turned on, and if they are not in the vehicle structure dipped headlights.

In conditions of insufficient visibility on power-driven vehicles, it is possible to turn on high-beam headlights or additionally fog lights, provided that this does not blind other drivers.

9.9

Hazard warning lights must be switched on:

a)in case of a forced stop on the road;
b)in the event of a stop at the request of a police officer or due to the dazzling of the driver with headlights;

a)a traffic accident (accident);
b)emergency stop in places with limited visibility of the road in at least one direction less than 100 m.
