Change fork oil
Syringe system (simplest)
- Remove the front wheel (which should not be on the ground)
- Unscrew the two large nuts present on the Fork Té
- With a large syringe with a pipe (rather thin, about 1 m long) at the end: emptying the old oil
- Put the new oil back, always using a syringe to check the doses (to harden the fork a little: put the oil a little more viscous and respect the doses, or put the oil as the original and increase the doses slightly)

Ideal method
- Disassemble the plug to completely empty it,
- Thoroughly clean and
- Change fork oil
This method is more expensive (about 50 euros), but it allows you to check the condition of the springs, seals ...
Attention! Observe the tightening torque for the nuts and screws with a torque wrench.
