This is Jaguar's all-wheel drive system. Traction4 delivers exceptional roadholding, traction and handling in all road conditions, greatly enhancing safety.

Under normal conditions, 40% of the power is transmitted to the front and the remaining 60% to the rear. The Traction4 system automatically detects any difference in speed between front and rear and intervenes, distributing the necessary torque between the two axles, for an always optimal level of traction. As a four-wheel drive control system, this is an excellent active safety system.
