Take a look inside Ryan Reynolds' private garage with 15 photos

There has long been a huge connection between famous Hollywood actors and fast cars or motorcycles. Sometimes it's for the worse, like when legendary bad boy actor James Dean infamously crashed his 1955 Porsche 550 Spyder at high speed and was driven away from us almost instantly. Dean had long been an amateur racing enthusiast and was considered quite skilled at the wheel (he was actually heading to the race when it happened), but those skills didn't seem to help him much. Apparently, the speeding ticket he received from the California Highway Patrol just a few hours earlier on the same day also didn't do much to slow him down.

Sometimes it's for the best when celebrities and fast cars or motorcycles come together. Everyone should remember the superhuman efforts of Steve McQueen, an absolutely "tough" guy, at the famous Sebring 12 race in 1970, when he took second place in his Porsche 908 (he lost to Mario Andretti, if you can believe it). while wearing a plaster cast on a broken leg. McQueen also made a great film about the incredible Le Mans race. Oh yeah, and then there's Paul Newman, who raced a Porsche 935 (yes, these guys love Porsches) at Le Mans and finished second, then founded an IndyCar team that won over 100 races and eight championships. All these guys were serious fans of cars and bicycles.

Now there is another guy who also loves speed very much. It's the seemingly ubiquitous Ryan Reynolds, your friendly neighborhood star Dead Poolamong other hits. Ryan is a guy with a serious collection of fast car and especially fast bike jones, and today we're going to dive into this superstar's collection to see what he's got. Here are 16 cars and motorcycles by Ryan Reynolds.

15 Ducati GT 1000

Here's Ryan speeding through the streets of New York in a Ducat GT 1000. Well, he's probably not speeding ahead - most of the time New York City is pretty slow moving. You can see that this particular Ryan bike looks a bit more rugged than the SC 1000 (below). But hey, Ryan looks pretty tough himself, all in his hoodie and leather, so I think they're a good match. Or maybe it was very, very cold that day. We usually see Ryan wearing a helmet, which is a good hint of safety. I believe that anyone with as many bikes as Ryan should think about their safety from time to time.

14 Ducati SK 1000

What could be better than one Ducati SC 1000? Why would that be two Ducati SC 1000! Now, I don't know for sure that Ryan owned both of those rides at the same time - I think he forgot to call me back - but I know he must be back on the West Coast in this photo because he's not dressed. no more all that heavy skin; hey, my logic is irrefutable. Either way, it's nice to see him wearing a helmet again. One day, Reynolds was in a car accident, but not with motorcycles. Instead, it involved the paparazzi, one of whom hit him with his car while Ryan was walking in the garage. Maybe Ryan should have gotten on one of his bikes.

13 More triumph time

Hey, look, Ryan Reynolds is riding a Triumph, I'm shocked, I tell you, shocked! In any case, when I was asked if there were enough pictures of Ryan Reynolds and his car/motorcycle collection on the Internet to justify an article about him, I replied: "Of course there are!" Of course, little did I realize that all of these photos would have the good Mr. Reynolds lounging around at the Triumphs, even when he was a little younger (as in this photo) than he is now. ok not all of them, but you get my drift. Do you see what I did there, using the word "drift" in an article about motorcycles? I'm so hot you can't stop me, you can only hope to hold me back.

12 Jane Motorcycles

Did I mention earlier that it must be nice to be so rich and famous because people give you free stuff all the time? I did??? Okay, here's a case in point. Here you see one Mr. Ryan Reynolds doing a photo shoot in New York for GQ. It was something about "modern dad styles." My personal style is sweatpants and an old frayed hoodie, so I can't figure it out. Anyway, custom shop Jane's Motorcycles in Brooklyn got in on the action by "donating" this bike for filming - a nice way to get free publicity for a very expensive boutique and of course, that guy in the picture above has to be holding the bike. Hooray.

11 Triumph Thruxton by Kott Motorcycles

Reynolds is an ardent fan of Triumph among other motorcycle manufacturers. In fact, he's such a big fan that Triumph wanted to give him a bike (it must be nice to be rich and famous and get free loot all the time), and they ended up giving him this latest Thruxton. Then Los Angeles-based customizer Kott Motorcycles stepped in to make his Thruxton shine, giving it a very retro look. According to Kott, they didn't do too much to get this look, they just added "a custom seat bowl, seat, tail section, and custom paint. Minor details like a beefier wheel and tire, exposed sprocket cover and removed front fender add to the overall flavor of the build.” Whatever they did, it worked.

10 Triumph of Bonneville

Here is Ryan on another of his many, many Triumphs. I'm pretty sure we see it here on the second generation Bonneville from 1959 to 1983. Or is it another very low-key contemporary. The last generation Bonnies are still made by Triumph to this day and have a slightly more aggressive look than the Tiger. Ryan looks like he's going to work on it - check out this backpack hanging on his back - but Bonneville was originally named after the Bonneville Salt Flats in Utah, where many bikes (and cars) have been put to the test. speed records were set there.

9 Ducati, Paul Smart

through the bikes of the republic

Look, Ryan Reynolds is riding a bike, not a Triumph. I never thought we'd see the day. In fact, now we're going to move on to another great Ryan obsession. Apparently, he really, really likes Ducati. See, I told you he was a Café Racer guy… this particular SC 1000 is a modern classic, and it has the added benefit of being a modern replica of the legendary tuned 750SS ridden by British racer Paul Smart back in 1972. If you look at a classic bike and this modern one side by side, you might find it hard to choose a favorite because they both look amazing.

8 "Nine o'clock"

through the steelworks factory

I know it's hard to believe, but we still have another Ryan Reynolds Triumph bike worth taking a look at. This is a fully modified 1964 Triumph 650 that was made for Reynolds at The Factory Metal Works in North Carolina. As they say themselves: "THIS BIKE WAS MADE FOR ACTOR RYAN REYNOLDS, HAS A SUPER NARROW TFMW 5 STRETCH DUPLEX FRAME, TRIUMPH 69 FRONT FORK WITH SHAVED LEGS, A FULL CUSTOM TFMWRICKLE CHROME OIL TANK, AND SUPER KICKLE PIPE TUBE." It's called the Nine-O-Clock Gun, after some strange naval tradition in Vancouver (Reynolds' hometown) where a cannon is fired every night at 9 pm.

7 Cadillac Escalade

Now we have good old Ryan in the frame, supposedly on his way to meet Blake Lively (you know, his wife) walking to his black 2011 Cadillac Escalade while spending the day in Boston. Which makes me wonder how many houses this dude owns - we've already seen him live and ride in LA and New York. But I digress. The Escalade is, of course, quite an expensive SUV, but it's not. который crazy. I think Ryan needs a little break from all the wild bikes he owns. I'm sure a reliable, decent, hard-working SUV like the Escalade can give it a breather.

6 Nissan Leaf 2012

Obviously, if you want to reduce your carbon footprint and save the world, then driving a Prius won't help. No, you need to hop in a Nissan Leaf to get который specific work done. That's exactly what Ryan Reynolds did in 2012 when he became the spokesperson for Nissan and their little Leaf. I'm sure Nissan paid him good old cash, but they also paid him a brand new Leaf. Hmm…maybe he and his wife enjoy drag racing with each other in that Prius and that Leaf. Well, if you think about it, probably not.

5 Toyota Prius 2011

Now We know Ryan is a total wild man as we watch the man who once played beloved iconic character Van Wilder and current fan favorite Deadpool hand over his ticket to the valet attendant and drive off into the sunset in... a 2011 Toyota Prius. Yes, it surprised me too. Until I realized that Ryan was pretty open in advocating for various "green" causes, and you can't get much more green than a Prius. Just because it doesn't match my perception of it doesn't mean it's not true.

4 2012 Chevrolet Equinox

Back to the SUVs, this time the 2012 Chevrolet Equinox that Ryan and Blake drove around Vancouver a few years ago (I told you this guy has houses in many places, even if his parents are in Vancouver). - still counts!). Again, I have nothing against the Chevy Equinox, but I really want to see Deadpool cruising the city in a Lambo or a Ferrari rather than a suburban compact crossover SUV. Who knows, maybe it's his mom's car and they just borrowed it. At least that's the theory and I'm going to follow it...

3 Dodge Challenger

The next entry on this list is a bit more enticing than the last few economy cars and standard SUVs we've looked at. This is the Dodge Challenger that Reynolds and Kevin Bacon rode in the film. RIPD (actually it was a pretty cool movie). Rumor has it that Reynolds was so enamored with the car that he wanted to buy it after principal photography was completed. There are also rumors that Dodge just gave him a kargiz Yes surprise for all time. I haven't been able to confirm the rumor, but I haven't seen anyone say it didn't happen, so I'm going to run with it - Ryan Reynolds deserves at least one cool car to accompany all those bikes.

2 1975 Honda CB750

An extremely interesting star Dead Pool (and this classic for all time Van Wilder of National Lampoon) is a big fan of motorcycles. How, indeed, actually big fan. Apparently, it all started when he was only 15 years old, and he and his brother bought a 1975 Honda CB750, rebuilt it, and started driving it around town—against the law, of course, since he didn't have a license. The bike pictured here is a close relative of the one Reynolds used to own. Ryan said Forbes a few years ago that he'd like to add another one to his collection, which I'm willing to bet he's already done, it's just that we haven't seen the photos come out yet.

1 Triumph of the tiger

I'm not sure why Triumph wanted to give Reynolds a free bike - after all, he already had several other Triumphs lying around in his home garage. Here we see a close resemblance to the late 1950s classic Triumph Tiger, of which he is credited as the owner. I think I'm going to take a chance and say that Reynolds is quite obviously a fan of the Café Racer motorcycle style - you won't see any boars in his collection, that's for sure. It's a hell of a beautiful bike and you can get one for around 15 grand too. That completely restored my friends and a very good deal.
