They also used carVertical's proprietary database, which contains thousands of vehicle history reports, to examine some of the statistics for the following models. Alfa Romeo GTV (1993 - 2004)

Alfa Romeo design specialists, who have always favored bold and unusual solutions, have confirmed their design approach in the Alfa Romeo GTV.

Like most coupes of the time, the Alfa Romeo GTV was offered with a four or six-cylinder petrol engine. Although the four-cylinder model was distinguished by its agility, the most valuable GTV version was the one equipped with the magnificent Busso six-cylinder unit.

This engine, which became the ace in the sleeve of Alfa Romeo, was the main contributor to the significant increase in the price of the Alfa Romeo GTV. Audi V8 (1988 - 1993)

The Audi A8 is widely recognized today as the pinnacle of the brand's technical and engineering prowess. However, even before the appearance of the Audi A8 sedan, the Audi V8 was the flagship of the company for a short time.

The elegant sedan was only available with a V8 engine, which distinguished this type of car at the time. Some of the more powerful models were equipped with six-speed manual transmissions.

The Audi V8 is not as impressive as the BMW 7 Series or as prestigious as the Mercedes-Benz S class, but it does matter for other reasons. BMW 540i (1992 - 1996)

For decades, the 5 Series has been at the forefront of the luxury sedan class. However, the E34 generation managed to fall between the significantly older and more expensive E28 and E39, which are still in midlife crisis.

The eight-cylinder was only available for a few years. As a result, it is significantly rare in Europe and even less common in the US than the BMW M5. In addition, the V-5 is very similar in power to the BMW MXNUMX.

Its basic design and ability to overcome any obstacle imaginable has earned the Land Rover Defender the status of a highly capable off-road vehicle.

Today, the cost of Series I and II cars may surprise many. For example, SUVs that have survived and seen “a lot” cost between 10 and 000 euros, while refurbished or low-wear vehicles often cost around 15 euros.

Mercedes-Benz E300, E320, E420 (1992 - 1996) 

Mercedes-Benz has produced over two million W124s on the road over a fairly long production period. Most of them ended their lives in a landfill, but some examples still show signs of life. Well-groomed models are worth a fortune.

Of course, the most valuable W124s are labeled 500E or E500 (depending on the year of manufacture). However, being a few notches down, the E300, E320 and E420 models have the potential to be a tidbit that many collectors will fight for.

Saab 9000 CS Aero (1993 - 1997)

Volvo's Achilles heel has always been Saab. In this model, Saab prioritizes occupant safety while delivering the charm and power of exceptional turbocharged engines. 

The Saab 9000 CS Aero is more than just a midsize sedan. The car was introduced at the end of production and was considered the highlight of the Saab 9000 series. It was like the final feature that marked the end of production and the end of the history of the remarkable model.

Volvo 740 Turbo (1986 - 1990)
