Top 10 Used SUVs

From small and economical to large and prestigious, there is an SUV that might be right for you. To help you pick the perfect one, here are our top 10 used SUVs.

1. Land Rover Discovery Sport

Land Rover Discovery Sport it's a smaller and more affordable alternative to the big, luxurious seven-seater. Land Rover Discovery. 2. Volvo XC60

If you prefer a luxurious interior and a smooth ride, Volvo XC60 this is a car to seriously consider. You get very comfortable seats in all models (most also have leather trim), and there's plenty of legroom and headroom for adults in the back.

As you would expect from Volvo, the XC60 comes equipped with a host of safety features as standard. You also get Bluetooth, sat-nav, cruise control, and a 9-inch infotainment screen that will satisfy even the hard-to-impress teenager. 

The Volvo XC60 offers a wide range of engines as well as plug-in hybrid a model (originally called the Twin Engine but later renamed Recharge) that can significantly improve fuel efficiency if you charge the battery regularly.

3.Volkswagen Tiguan.

It's easy to see why Volkswagen Tiguan is a popular option for families. It's a great all-rounder, combining a premium feel with a quiet and comfortable ride. If you opt for the Tiguan Allspace model, you'll also get a third row of seats, giving room for seven, which is unusual for an SUV of this size and price.

All versions of the Tiguan are equipped with an 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system with which you can control smartphone apps using Apple CarPlay or Android Auto. You can also get a row of easy-to-use buttons at the bottom, making it easy to switch between features. The elegant interior of the car is very practical, easy to clean, and the exterior is sleek and discreet.

Fuel economy in the most popular models is impressively low, and a plug-in hybrid version called the eHybrid is also available, which can travel short distances on electricity alone. Many Tiguans are front-wheel drive, but you can also find models with all-wheel drive, which can be useful if you live in an area with poor road conditions or regularly go off-road.

4. Ford Kuga

Kuga is a great choice for people who want a little more space than a hatchback but don't want a big car.  

Models from 2020 (as pictured) are brand new with a wide front grille, new high-quality interior materials, and a touchscreen infotainment system. There are mild-hybrid and plug-in hybrid options for the latest model, which is ideal if you want all the capabilities of an SUV but keep an eye on your environmental impact and running costs.

All post-2020 Kuga have plenty of standard tech, including Apple CarPlay, Android Auto and voice control, and you can get wireless phone charging and keyless start on higher trims. If you find the endless trim options and engine options overwhelming, then choosing an older pre-2020 Kuga with one petrol and two diesel engines is refreshingly easy.

5.Range Rover Sport.

If you're looking for a fun and more affordable version of the full-sized Range Rover, take a look at Land Rover. Range Rover Sport.

As the name suggests, you'll find the Sport very nimble for a car of this size, but it's still a true Land Rover more than capable of proper off-roading. Maneuvering around town is easy with parking sensors at both ends to help you steer this big car into tight spaces. 

Range Rover is renowned for its quality and cabin feel, and the Range Rover Sport doesn't disappoint with leather seats, dual touchscreens and a full-length panoramic sunroof. It's one of the most luxurious SUVs out there, but it's still very practical and comes with a huge trunk and lots of compartments for kids to store all their gadgets. 

All trims come with powerful petrol, diesel and plug-in hybrid options, so there's plenty to choose from for different lifestyles and requirements.

6. Audi K5

There is strong competition from BMW X3, Volvo XC60, Jaguar F-Pace и Mercedes-Benz GLC, But Audi Q5's its spacious interior, superior quality and extensive engine range set it apart from the competitive category. 

It's available with a range of petrol and diesel models, and if you need a company car, then the plug-in hybrid version of the Q5 makes a lot of sense as you'll get lower tax rates. All Q5s come with clear and easy-to-use infotainment systems, smart digital dials and most of the comfort and tech features you'll need, so don't feel like you have to go for the more expensive trim levels - even the entry-level Q5 models. feel luxurious. 

Driving feels safe and relaxing—more sensible than sporty. With understated looks, the Q5 is a good choice if you want a sophisticated everyday SUV that's comfortable and roomy enough for a family of four.

7. Skoda Kodiak

Skoda Kodiaq does almost everything you could want - and maybe a little more - at a great price. 

It's available with five or seven seats, perfect for a weekend getaway with grandparents or car sharing on a school trip. There is a wide variety of engines and you can choose between two wheel drive or four wheel drive. It's easy to find a well-equipped mid-range trim that combines value and comfort. If you're looking for a sportier look, the vRS model will give you an impressive look and more power.

8. Nissan Qashqai

Original Nissan Qashqai was one of the first road-oriented compact SUVs, and the latest models offer excellent interior quality at an affordable price.

Technology in the new models includes a 12.3-inch touchscreen that is very responsive and sits high on the dash so it's super easy to use while you're on the go. Nissan has equipped the Qashqai with superior safety features across all trim levels, including automatic emergency braking and blind spot assist. You can choose between a manual or automatic transmission and opt for all-wheel drive if you like. All options are easy to operate and comfortable on long trips.

9. Mercedes-Benz GLC

Luxurious Mercedes GLC very roomy for a mid-size SUV and has a large boot so it competes well with roomy rivals such as BMW X3 or Volvo XC60. You can pack for a family of five for summer vacation and still give your dog enough room to look outside. And if you like a bit of light off-roading, the GLC also comes with all-wheel drive as standard. 

The Mercedes GLC has reasonable running costs on most trim levels, and you should be able to find one that has all the features you need, even if your budget isn't up to the mark. You can choose between two diesel engines and one petrol engine, or opt for a plug-in hybrid model that allows you to cover short distances on electricity only and save on fuel.

10. BMW H5

BMW X5 sporty to drive and has a cockpit that - with the right options added - rivals super-luxury cars. The X5 comes with great diesel and petrol engine options, as well as a plug-in hybrid that packs plenty of power and a long range of up to 60 miles on electric alone. 

If you need more room for a large family, then some X5s were equipped with seven seats as an option when they were new, while Listen Q7 и Volvo XC90 have seven seats as standard. There's less room in that third row of seats than in the Q7 or XC90, but adults and kids alike can hop in for shorter rides. 

The BMW X5 handles light off-road with ease and can tow up to 3,500kg, so it's a great choice if you need to tow a motorhome or stable.
