20 of the wildest rides to be featured on WWE TV

It is well known that many professional wrestlers enjoy riding horses. John Cena, HHH, Batista and more boast car collections that would outshine most movie stars. And that's not to mention people like The Undertaker who love motorcycles. Some even bigger, and they own yachts and private jets to showcase their huge success.

Often in some wrestling shows, cars were used in a unique way. One of WCW's most infamous moments was when Hulk Hogan and The Giant had a monster truck match on top of a building. There was also a gruesome match taking place in the back of a moving bale truck, with Vince Russo driving around in his version of the Papamobile. The most common vehicle seen on TV is usually the limousine, which stars use in a variety of ways.

WWE played a lot with their cars on TV. Often this will be the wrestler's car, which is somehow wrecked by the opponent. Braun Strowman became famous for flipping ambulances and other vehicles to look more impressive. However, some vehicles can be very interesting because they look amazing in a given situation. There are also some cars and trucks that are used in a very unexpected way.

Another big twist is that some of the cars were built specifically for certain shows. They are typically used to enter major events such as WrestleMania. Sometimes a simple weekly TV show might have a car that you didn't expect to see. Here are 20 of the wildest cars that have appeared on WWE TV.

20 Patriot Patrol

WWE can often push the boundaries of their content. A key case occurred in 2013 when Jack Swagger took it upon himself to go after "certain people" who he believed were harming the United States. He and manager Zeb Coulter will be shown in a combination quad bike and buggy they call the Patriot Patrol, an obvious military reference. It was a beautiful car and Swagger was ready to ride it for the big WrestleMania matchup with Alberto Del Rio. However, Swagger got into serious legal trouble and WWE punished him by not showing his appearance on camera at all. The whole angle will be dropped, which means WWE wasted money on a good trip.

19 Stone Cold Zamboni

Throughout 1998, the Cold Stone feud between Steve Austin and Vince McMahon captured fans. People never get tired of watching the rebellious Austin take on the arrogant WWF owner. In the fall, McMahon caused Austin to lose the title, which was then held up. Vince was in the ring surrounded by cops to brag about how Austin couldn't get to him. At this point, cameras showed Austin entering the arena in a Zamboni, dispersing security personnel. Austin rode the Zamboni right up to the ring, climbed on it and jumped on Vince. He was pulled out by the police, but the "stone cold" proved that no one was safe while he was driving.

18 Cena's Gangster Car

John Cena could be divisive among wrestling fans. Even though he is a great performer, many fans hate that Cena has worked his way up to the top and has always been a good guy who wins against all odds. The crowd in Chicago is often quite hostile towards him, and this is not helped by some of Cena's actions. At WrestleMania 22 in 2006, Cena tried to please the crowd by paying homage to Chicago's infamous past. A classic 1920s sedan rolled out with several minor wrestlers (including a young CM Punk) dressed as mobsters. Cena followed them in his own cape and hat before the main event match with HHH. It didn't win him more fans, but it shows that Cena can use a nice theme in his performances.

17 Tank Ruseva

An old joke in wrestling is that so many "foreign" heels are actually from the United States. Rusev is indeed from Bulgaria, but constantly behaves like a monster from Russia. He boasts of his greatness and has gained fans thanks to the stupid "Rusev's Day" chants. At WrestleMania 31, Rusev struggled to defend the United States Championship against John Cena. Rusev entered Levi's Stadium in a full-sized tank with a military honor guard acting as a parade. This instantly made him even more impressive than usual. Rusev may have lost the match and the title, but he certainly won the Best Performance of the Show award and many fans hope he does well again.

16 Bicycle game

HHH is well known for its WrestleMania appearances. He indulges in everything from dressing up as a warrior to entering the ring surrounded by terminators. At WrestleMania 33, HHH entered the ring with his wife, Stephanie, and both rode a three-wheeled monster bike. The bike wasn't just for the steep entry, however. It was built as a tribute to Motorhead's Lemmy Kilmister, who recently passed away. Rocker was a good friend of Hunter and even wrote some of his themes. So HHH ordered this special Harley-Davidson in honor of his friend. He and Stephanie used the same bikes for the next Mania to show that they each love the giant boar.

15 Kerwin White's golf cart

Topping the list of "what they thought" stunts, Chavo Guerrero was a great WWE worker. In 2005, he transformed himself into Kerwin White, a preppy upper-class man. He would come to the ring on a golf cart and talk about abandoning his heritage, as well as commercials that were just one side of pure racism. The fans hated him from day one and he was not helped by his poor matches. As fate would have it, the sudden death of Chavo's uncle, Eddie Guerrero, pushed WWE to drop the whole gimmick. Fans weren't too upset to see that this golf cart was retired along with the rest of this bad deed.

14 Mexicools lawn mowers

A rather bad stable, the Mexicans consisted of Super Crazy, Psicosis and Juventud Guerrera. At first, the idea was that they complained about the cliché of being Mexican wrestlers. Their response to that was… to live through almost every single one of those clichés. They came out in denim outfits and acted wild, which did not help them win fans. They also rode lawn mowers to the ring, which was about as stereotypical as it could get. The fans didn't like it and the Mexicools disbanded soon after. However, riding mowers in the ring was a unique outlet for them to stand out… albeit for the wrong reasons.

13 JBL Limousine

For many years, John Bradshaw Layfield was a fighter prone to fighting. In 2004, he turned into a Wall Street mogul who showed up in suits and a cowboy hat and bragged about his wealth. This led to him being WWE Champion for a long time and JBL becoming a top hel. To stand out, JBL drove out in a limousine, showing off his Texan roots. It was huge and featured a pair of bull horns attached to the front hood. The limousine could play a role in some brawl matches and was wrecked more than once by Big Show, The Undertaker, and others. JBL moved to comment, but this limousine helped elevate his star status.

12 Boss trips

As Snoop Dogg's cousin, Sasha Banks knows how to ride in style. Having been in the indexes under the name Mercedes V, she joined NXT and soon became the women's world champion. For the big TakeOver Brooklyn match, Banks used her own prize Escalade for an epic exit. She did the same for a show in her hometown of Boston and always looked great. At WrestleMania 33, Banks competed in a four-woman match for the RAW Women's Championship. While the other ladies walked down the huge ramp in Orlando, Banks rode on the back of what was essentially a chauffeured ATV and Escalade combo. This shows how "Boss" loves great rides.

11 Cena's trip to Detroit

John Cena saves some of his best performances for WrestleMania. For Mania 23 in Detroit, Cena decided that Motor City would only have one entryway. As Shawn Michaels waited in the ring, the screens showed the Mustang speeding through the streets of Detroit. He drove into the Ford Field garage and through various tunnels. After waiting for the engine to start, the Mustang broke free and crashed straight into the glass plate to enter the main arena. Cena then walked out, receiving a mixture of applause and cheers to head to the ring. It was a great demo and the Mustang was actually one of Cena's cars. It shows how much he loves his cars as much as he loves the wrestling ring.

10 Stone Cold ATV

Steve Austin has gained immense popularity as an anti-authority figure in the WWE. So, ironically, in 2003, Austin (mostly retired due to neck problems) became the "CEO" of RAW. To improve on his new role, Austin rode an ATV to the ring with his usual skull logo and "Austin 3:16" mantra. Austin often terrified people with his ATV and even drove it over other vehicles to prove his point. It's funny that Brock Lesnar stole it for fun. Austin used it in his occasional appearances and still looked great. It may have been an odd choice, but Stone Cold managed to make any type of vehicle look tough.

9 Sina's tablet

In 2005, John Cena rose to a new level of fame in the WWE. At WrestleMania 21, he defeated JBL to win the WWE title. They were set for a rematch at the Doomsday pay-per-view. It was the first of Cena's wild outings when a booming horn rang through the arena. A huge flatbed truck drove off, in which the DJ at the recording station played a special version of Cena's theme song. To top it off, the truck fired off fireworks as Cena posed for the crowd. He ended up winning the match by ripping off one of the truck's horns to hit JBL. It was a fantastic entry to let everyone know that the Champion is in the house.

8 Lowriders Eddie

Wrestling fans still remember and love Eddie Guerrero. Filmed too early due to heart failure in 2005, Guerrero was a great athlete whose mantra of "lie, cheat, steal" made him popular with fans. Eddie grew up with a lifelong love of lowriders, which he used throughout his wrestling career. He rode into the ring on several lowriders that were specially crafted to bounce around for attention. Eddie even got a chance to make his dream come true by doing a magazine cover photo shoot. Lowrider Magazine. Up until the final match, Lowrider was part of Eddie's image. It was that special spark in his matches that set him apart and another reason the fans miss him so much.

7 DX "Tank"

This became a famous moment in Monday Night Wars. In April 1998, WWE began to lead the ratings over WCW. Since both shows were in Virginia, HHH decked out the DX with military gear. They then drove a jeep with a huge gun to the Norfolk Scope, where "Nitro" was playing a live performance. In front of fans, HHH called out WCW stars and even fired a cannon. It was a bold move that WCW ignored and made them look even worse. WWE really sounds like the first shot of a War that has been going on for a while. However, it is an impressive car that highlights the classic moment.

6 Monster Truck Stone Cold

WWE has always added things to Steve Austin's personality to make him more intimidating. A key case occurred in 2000, when Austin already had a truck with his famous "smoking skull" graphic on the hood. After an injury hiatus, Austin returned with a truck upgraded to a monster car. This led to obvious hilarity as Austin wrecked the cars of people who annoyed him. From Vince McMahon's limousine to HHH's car to Undertaker's motorcycle, no one was immune to Stone Cold's rampage. It's pretty hard to argue with a truck driver who has bigger tires than you. This made the Rattlesnake wilder than ever.

5 Austin Brewery Truck

This is one of the most famous stone cold moments. As he prepared for WrestleMania XV in 1999, Austin was ready to take on The Rock for the WWF Championship. The Rock was with Vince and Shane McMahon on Raw to show off how easy he was with Austin. Austin drove to the ring in a huge brewery truck to vilify The Rock. He then pulled out a hose and sprayed Rock and McMahon with beer. The crowd went wild as the trio flopped into the explosions with Vince literally floating in it. Since then, Austin has done this trick a few more times, but the first time is still the best.

4 Engle's Milk Carrier

In his early WWE appearance, Kurt Angle presented himself as a flawless figure. In 2001, Angle became a main character in WWE, taking on the WCW Alliance and ECW. The Alliance held a mass meeting in the ring where they could show off their greatness. In a classic Steve Austin moment, Angle drove a milk truck to the ring. He threw several boxes at the Alliance members, who were annoyed by his presence. Then Angle took out the hose and dipped the entire bundle into the milk. Angle joked that he had so much milk that he smelled all day long. It was a move that only Angle could pull off because of a funny moment.

3 DX Express

DX had their ups and downs, but in late 1999 the band got back together. This time, the group was a backup for the WWE HHH Champion to help him retain his title by any means necessary. They created their own huge bus, which they called the DX Express. It was home to some wild parties and moments like dragging Mick Foley in a cage behind him. The Express had a memorable ending: To send a message, Steve Austin dropped a cinder block onto it with a crane. This actually caused the bus to catch fire. Austin later towed the remains to the ring to showcase his work. It may have had a short life, but the Express had a terrific ending.

2 cement corvette

At the end of 1998, Vince McMahon was still trying to get Steve Austin by any means available. With the WWE Championship up in the air, McMahon announced that The Undertaker and Kane would fight for the belt. He then appointed Austin as a special referee to play fair. Austin reacted in his usual manner. Driving into the arena with a concrete mixer, Austin filled Vince's prized new Corvette with cement. Vince was shown going crazy in his office when cement breaks the windows and floods the car. In fact, the Corvette has been on display in the lobby of WWE headquarters for years to show that Vince can enjoy an unforgettable moment just like everyone else.

1 The Undertaker's hearse

What could be a more perfect combination of character and car? Although The Undertaker had a "biker" phase, most fans prefer him as a mysterious supernatural being of darkness. At SummerSlam 1992, The Undertaker faced Kamala at Wembley Stadium. He made a splash by riding behind in a full-size hearse that slowly followed manager Paul Bearer down the aisle. Due to the size of the stadium, fans had to travel long distances to enjoy the view of Tucker captured in the moonlight to create an ominous image. The Undertaker used the hearse a few more times to prove how well it suited his persona.
