1.- Fan cable

If the radiator fan does not turn on when the engine warms up, the problem may be in the cable. You can check the wire with a voltmeter, a suitable current is 12V.

2.- Blown fuse 

The radiator fan may stop working if its fuse blows. In this case, you must find the fuse box corresponding to the fan and replace it with a new one.

3.- Sensor temperature

The temperature sensor is the mechanism that determines when the fan should turn on. It does this by checking the temperature of the cooling system. If this sensor does not work, the fan will not work. 

You can find this sensor on the thermostat cover, try reconnecting the wires to the sensor, maybe it will work again. If not, you must replace it.

4.- Broken engine

If you have already checked and made sure that the above items are working correctly, the radiator fan motor may be faulty. You can check if it works by connecting it to another power source such as a battery. If it still doesn't work, it's time to replace the fan motor.
