Adaptive Drive, Dynamic Drive и Dynamic Damping Control

The Adaptive Drive system combines Dynamic Drive (active stabilizers) and DDC (dynamic damper control). This system allows you to adjust the stiffness of the shock absorbers and adapt to the current driving conditions.

Adaptive Drive consists of DDC (Dynamic Damper Control) and Dynamic Drive (Active Vehicle Tilt Stability). The system actively reduces unwanted body tilts and dynamically adjusts the shock absorber characteristics. While driving, it detects a number of sensors, such as driving speed, acceleration and body movements, which are then evaluated by the control unit. The control unit then adjusts the chassis settings based on the measured values. Thanks to this, the shock absorbers can be quickly and accurately adjusted to the current situation, to ensure maximum driving comfort, and using the servo motors, it is possible, for example, to change the setting of the torsional stabilizers. The result of these instant adjustments is less body tilt when cornering while maintaining very good driving comfort and, in addition, the driver can adjust the chassis settings to suit his current requirements. Switching the control to Sport mode will not only change the settings of the Servotronic with power steering and stiffer dampers, but also increase the stiffness of the adjustable stabilizers.
