ASC - Automatic Stability Control
The anti-skid system used by BMW and developed in conjunction with Bosch also in this case is a misnomer of the term "stability". It reduces power output by acting on the fuel and ignition systems.
Today these systems are called ASC + T or TCS, they also act by braking the ridge wheel and are integrated with various skid correction systems, ESP, etc.
