Aston Martin V8 Vantage – a beauty in itself
Aston Martin V8 Vantage one of the most beautiful cars available on the market. The production model was first presented at the 2005 Geneva Motor Show. Although some accused it of being overly similar to the DB9, the Little Aston's design received widespread acclaim. The car is built on the basis of a very strong and at the same time lightweight aluminum frame. This two-seater two-door coupe is powered by an 8-liter V4,3 engine producing 380 hp. and a maximum torque of 409 Nm. Based on the Jaguar V8, the engine is hand-assembled at the Cologne plant where the powertrain for the DB9 is made. The use of a dry sump allowed the engine to be suspended lower and the vehicle's center of gravity was lowered.
