The Honda M8JA 4-speed automatic has been assembled at a factory in Japan since 2015 and installed on a restyled version of the Acura ILX sedan with a 2.4-liter K24V7 engine. This automatic transmission is distinguished by an unusual combination of a torque converter with a dual clutch system.
