The Hyundai A4BF4 1-speed automatic transmission was produced only from 1995 to 2001 and was installed on such front-wheel drive models as the Lantra J2 or a similar Coupe. This automatic transmission was developed jointly with Mitsubishi and differs little from the F4A22 in design.
The A4AF/BF line also includes: A4AF1, A4AF2, A4AF3, A4BF2 and A4BF3.
