Car candles for gas

In the power units of cars with a gas engine, there is no need to use special candles.

Practice proves that in car engines running on liquefied gas, there is no need to use special spark plugs adapted to this fuel. Standard spark plugs provided by the vehicle manufacturer are sufficient.

It is important that the candles do not have burnt electrodes and are in good condition. Because they operate at a slightly higher temperature, replacement frequency can be faster compared to filling up with gasoline. To ensure a certain breakdown of an electric spark between the electrodes of the spark plugs, high-voltage cables must be serviceable and clean, and their ends must be free of oxide deposits that increase resistance and disrupt the flow of current.
