Curb car service | Chapel Hill Sheena

To protect our customers and the community during the current crisis, we are now offering curbside service to anyone who chooses not to enter our lobby. 

Easy to use:

1. Visit our online meeting planner 
2. In the Select Meeting Type section, select Curbside Service.
3. Fill out the form to make an appointment - be sure to include your mobile phone number in your contact information so we can chat by text.
4. Once your appointment is booked, we will send you a text message stating that your information has been uploaded to our system.
5. Reply to our message when you arrive for the meeting
6.  A service consultant will come to your vehicle to register you
7. We will keep you updated via text as we service your vehicle.
8. When your service is completed, we will send a text notification to your mobile phone so that you can pay by phone.
9. A printed copy of your final invoice and your keys will be in your car when you pick it up.

If you must or prefer to stay at home or in the office, we also offer a free pickup and delivery service..

Additional Steps We Take for Your Safety

• Our employees wash their hands frequently.
• Technicians are required to wear latex gloves on every vehicle and change them frequently.
• Consultants are required to wear latex gloves and change them frequently.
• Customer keys are wiped clean before being placed in reverse osmosis bags.
• Professionals must use steering wheel covers on all vehicles. (As available)
• Technicians must use a disinfectant to wipe the steering wheel, shift knob, and door handles before and after working on each vehicle. (As available)
• Wipe down all surfaces and door handles as often as possible, at least once an hour in showrooms.
• All customers should be offered text payment as their primary form of payment. 
• Weather permitting, we prop up your front doors so you don't have to touch the handles.

This is a critical time for our entire community to work together to prevent this from escalating into an even bigger crisis. If you are experiencing any cold or flu symptoms, please stay at home and wait until you are well enough to have your vehicle repaired. We will be here and look forward to welcoming you when you feel better.
