Belgium - Compulsory speed bike license coming soon?

Will Belgian owners of fast e-bikes or speed bikes soon need to obtain a special license to continue using their car on public roads? Jacqueline Galante, Federal Transport Minister, is indeed considering introducing a special license for all electric bicycles over 4 kW and a top speed of over 45 km / h.
