Relay blocks and fuses BMW e39
Content
The BMW E39 is another modification of the BMW 5 Series. This series was produced in 1995, 1996, 1997, 1998, 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, and station wagons also in 2004. During this time, the car has undergone some facelifts. We will take a detailed look at all the fuse and relay boxes in the BMW E39, and also provide the E39 wiring diagram for download.
Please note that the location of the fuses and relays depends on the configuration and year of manufacture of the car. For the latest fuse descriptions, see the booklet located in the glove box under the fuse trim and on the back of the right side luggage compartment trim.

Fuse box in the glove box
It is located in the glove box (or called the glove box). To access it, you need to open the glove compartment and twist the fasteners.
And the block itself will fall. It will look something like this.
- Fuse Clips
- Your current fuse diagram (usually in German)
- Spare fuses (may not be ;-).
