BMW unveils self-balancing electric motorcycle

Unveiled in Los Angeles for the brand's 100th anniversary, the BMW Motorrad Vision Next 100 Concept is the next generation of plug-in and self-balancing electric motorcycles.

No risk of falling onto the Vision Next 100 concept presented by BMW Motorrad. Self-balancing, this electric motorcycle uses the Segway principle, relying on a gyroscopic system to prevent any falls when cornering, automatically balancing the car in the event of driver error. Something to reassure those who are still hesitant to plunge into a two-wheeled vehicle. To highlight the safety aspect of its concept, the German manufacturer presents a pilot without a helmet. However, be careful with frontal impacts, which are likely to be difficult for your motorcycle to avoid.

Added to the gyro system are connected goggles that transmit information such as speed or range so you don't have to look down to look at the dashboard.
