Bosch offers electric bicycles to its German employees

With or without help, Bosch is offering around 100.000 employees in Germany to switch to cycling. It was assumed that the operation would encourage the use of alternative modes of travel to a personal car.

Having become one of the strongest players in the electric bike market in Europe in just a few years, Bosch wants to encourage its employees to take the plunge by leasing 100.000 to 4000 employees in Germany. The offer of the German equipment manufacturer, intended for employees of the group on permanent contracts and with a work experience of at least three years, applies to both e-bikes and those who do not use outside help. A group associated with roughly XNUMX specialized retailers offers rental offers including insurance, with each employee being able to rent up to two bicycles at the same time.

While 20 million Germans use a bicycle every day on their way home to work, the German equipment manufacturer wants to encourage its employees to take the plunge. An initiative worth repeating in France ...
