4. Form I-797 containing the client's country clearance number indicating that asylum status has been granted to the client.
5. Form I-797 or any other document issued by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) that includes the client's country entry number indicating that the client's refugee claim has been approved.
Proof of social security
At least one original of the following documents, including full name and social security number:
1. (with current client name)
2. Form W-2 (not handwritten)
3. Confirmation of payment of wages

Proof of residential address
At least two originals of the following documents indicating the current address of residence. A current driver's license is not allowed as an alternative:
1. Property title, mortgage, monthly mortgage statement, mortgage payment receipt, or real estate lease.
2. Florida Voter Registration Card
3. Florida vehicle registration or vehicle name (you can print a duplicate vehicle registration from the following link)
4. Account for payment of household services
5. Work-at-home order dated no more than 60 days prior to the request date.

Not an immigrant
Basic identification test

1. A valid Department of Homeland Security (DHS) work permit card (Forms I-688B or I-766).
2. A valid document issued by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) showing the appropriate immigration status classification (Form I-94), accompanied by the relevant document(s) evidencing immigration status. Some examples of them:
a.) Immigration statuses classified as F-1 and M-1 must be accompanied by Form I-20.
b.) J-1 or J-2 immigration status designations must be accompanied by DS2019 format.
c.) Immigration statuses classified as Asylum, Asylum, or Parole must be accompanied by additional documentation.
3. Form I-571, which is a travel document or travel authorization for refugees.
4. Form I-512, Letter of Parole.
5. Immigration Judge Asylum Order or Deportation Cancellation Order.
