Cineco ES3: new low-cost electric scooter for the French market

The Cineco ES2.000, sold for € 3 after deducting the environmental bonus, is categorized as a 50 cc equivalent. See and is available with two battery configurations.

A brand from the Chinese group Zongshen imported to France by 1Pulsion, Cineco continues to expand its offer. After the City Slicker electric motorcycle and the E-Classic moped, the Cineco ES3 is now an electric scooter. In fact, this model is not new as its presentation dates back to the 2018 EICMA exhibition.

Bosch motorization and LG elements

On the electrical side, the Cineco ES3 uses an electric motor from the German supplier Bosch. Built into the rear wheel, it delivers up to 2100 W of power and 120 Nm of torque. Homologation obliges, the maximum speed is strictly limited to 45 km / h.

As for the battery, it uses lithium-ion cells from the Korean manufacturer LG Chem. To adapt to all types of use, the ES3 is available in two battery configurations. Called "Pro", the former is content with a capacity of 1,44 kWh over a distance of 65 km in economy mode. With an increase in battery capacity to 2,88 kWh, the "Pro +" version offers up to 130 km on a single charge. In both cases, the battery is removable to make it easier to charge at home or in the office.

Bonus less than € 2000 withheld

Mounted on 12-inch wheels, the ES3 is not far behind technologically. Equipped with a large LCD screen, it includes LED backlighting, USB port, Bluetooth system and, originality, HD front camera for capturing your walks. Please note that most of this equipment is optional. 

When it comes to pricing, the Cineco electric scooter is doing well: the basic version is priced at 2359 euros, and after deducting the environmental bonus, the price drops to less than 2000 euros. For the Pro + version, calculate € 3.059 excluding the bonus, or about € 2400 after deducting a bonus of approximately € 700.
