CYBERIADA - Interactive Robot Festival

CyberFish, Hyperion and Scorpio III humanoid robots and rovers can be seen during the Interactive Robot Festival: Cyberiada in Warsaw. The festival started today - November 18 and will last a week, that is, until November 24, at the NE Museum of Technology.

Within the framework of the festival, humanoid robots will be presented - humanoid, driving - mobile, home and many others. One of the highlights of the festival is mobile robot COURIER, which can share and distribute documents in offices and control the building after the facade.

There will be a lot of interactive robots festival Mars roversincluding Hyperion - developed by students of the Bialystok Technological University and Scorpio III – students of the Wrocław University of Science and Technology who won space rover competition takes place in the USA. We will also see mobile robots built at the Institute of Mathematical Machines and at the Warsaw University of Technology. Their capabilities will be demonstrated on a special track.

During the festival, the Robotics Research Group, using Design Thinking Seminars, they will adapt the telemanipulator - a mechanical arm - to the needs of the festival guests.

The organizers also prepared workshops for young people, where you can learn about the design of robots, the principles of their work and programming. Master classes called "Why does the Hornet robot fly?", which will be held by RCConcept, promise to be interesting. This is one of the few manufacturers in the world that builds professional multi-propeller ships for civil missions based on their own developments in control electronics and mechanical elements.

The weekend will see CyberRyba, the first underwater mobile robot in Poland, which imitates a real fish with its appearance and movements.

Guests of the festival will also be able to take part in a competition dedicated to the festival. The prize will be a tour of the laboratory of the Faculty of Energy and Aviation Engineering of the Warsaw University of Technology.

The Robot Festival at the Technical Museum will last only one week, but to allow everyone to take part in it, the museum has extended its opening hours until 19:00.
