Most often, a malfunction occurs with a sensor that can get stuck in one position and not inform the driver about the presence of pressure in the system, or vice versa, get stuck in a position where the low oil pressure warning light is constantly on.

Due to the monolithic design, the sensor is not repairable, therefore, in the event of a breakdown, it is replaced with a new one.
