Cheap Citroen Ami is delayed in Germany. Unfortunately, it is not even planned in Poland.

Citroen Ami is a cheap electric ATV offered in France as part of a long-term rental for PLN 90 (!) per month. In the markets where the car appears, it is very popular. But we won't like it in Poland yet.

Citroen Ami instead of a second home car?

Ami little electric Four-wheeler (category L6e) is only 2,41 meters long, so it can park between cars not only side by side, but also across. As it became known to the portal InsideEVs, where the Citroen Ami is already on sale - France, Spain, Italy, Portugal, the Benelux countries - it is extremely popular there. Undoubtedly, this is influenced by the cost of its acquisition, which consists of one-time payment of less than PLN 14 XNUMX Oraz monthly payments start from the equivalent of PLN 91... It may also be important that driving in it in some countries does not require a driver's license (in Poland, an AM category document is required).

The car was expected to arrive in Germany in the first quarter of 2021, but Citroen changed plans. The manufacturer wants to distribute it across Europe in waves and does not provide any additional information about it. Perhaps the company plans to expand its presence where there is demand, that is, in Western and Southern Europe. What about Poland? At the local Citroen branch, we were told that so far "there are no such plans.".
