The solution is simple - cleaning the EGR valve from soot. Although this maintenance operation is not indicated in the technical documentation, any master at the service station will recommend doing this. The operation is simple and inexpensive. On many cars, this valve is simply turned off - a metal plate is installed on it and the ECU is flashed so that error code 0808 does not appear on the dashboard.

Timely maintenance and performance of simple operations, which are indicated above, will ensure a high engine resource - it will be able to drive 300 thousand kilometers without major repairs, and then - as lucky. However, this does not mean that he will necessarily “run” so much.
