“We wanted to create a platform that motorcyclists were lacking to make it easier, faster and safer to find a garage to service their two-wheelers.” sums up Emmanuel George, CEO and co-founder of Doctomoto.

Request in a few clicks

To request service or repairs, all you have to do is fill out a simple form on the platform's website. After entering the make, model and year of the car, another part of the form allows the user to specify in detail the type of service requested and even send photos.

The requests are then sent to the garages of the platform partners. After the service has been provided, the user has the opportunity to share their experience by posting a notice in the relevant garage.

For now, Doctomoto is limited to Paris and Ile-de-France, and will gradually roll out across the country in the coming months. More information at www.doctomoto.com
