Dodge has found its US donut chef: who is it

The search for a donut maker is over and after several tests of the 10 finalists, Dodge has finally found a donut maker. The winner will receive cash and keys to the Challenger SRT Hellcat.

A few months ago, Dodge took a position Donut Chef, which refers to circles with burning car tires. Now the car manufacturer has found a person responsible for making donuts.

Dodge had to wait several months, sift through more than 173,500 applications and conduct various tests to find a new one. Donut Chef. On April 26, Preston Patterson of North Carolina was officially named the top donut maker.

 “After nearly four months of searching for our best donut maker, we were blown away by our 10 finalists and how uniquely each of them embodied the best of the Dodge brand,” Dodge CEO Tim Kuniskis said in a press release. "We test our candidates both on and off the track and Preston has never climbed, proving he has the knowledge, character and drive to represent the Brotherhood of Muscle."

The competition began with entries, then short videos had to be submitted to introduce themselves in February. With the help of videos, the manufacturer was able to select the top 10 finalists in March. After the 10 finalists were announced, they were relegated to Radford Racing School complete a series of challenges and eliminations to find a winner.

“Going from being a kid with a Dodge Viper poster on my bedroom wall to getting the keys to a Dodge Challenger Hellcat as my company car is beyond my wildest dreams,” Patterson said. "I'm 100% ready for my first assignment as a donut production manager and look forward to representing Dodge and Brotherhood of Muscle at some of the biggest automotive events next year, especially Roadkill Nights this summer."

Dodge hired wrestling champion Bill Goldberg to oversee the competition, which included celebrities Joey Wells and Will "Spanking" Horton of Kevin Hart's Muscle Car Crew, NHRA champion Matt Hagan and sportscaster Kathy Osbourne.
