Online e-bike sales site Doctibike has just launched a new service offering the repair and refurbishment of disused e-bike batteries.

In practical terms, the customer ships their battery directly to the Doctibike office located in Ecully, Lyon, and receives it a few days later with new lithium cells with a 1-year warranty. Specifically, Doctibike states that it can repair any brand of battery. An asset for those who can no longer find their original supplier.

In terms of pricing, prices start at €295 for a 24V-10Ah battery repair and go up to €590 for a 36V-20Ah battery.
