Electric vehicle surcharges for taxi drivers – Koliber program. Up to PLN 25 co-financing for the purchase of • ELECTRIC VEHICLES
The Koliber program is the third, after the eVan and Green Car programs of subsidies for electric vehicles and the second program focused on entrepreneurs. More specifically, taxi drivers. This is much more profitable than financing for individuals, because as part of this we can buy a more expensive car and run a charging point.

The program budget is PLN 40 million, of which PLN 25 million was allocated for subsidies (non-repayable financing) and PLN 15 million for loans. You can get a refund under the program up to 20 percent eligible costs, maximum 25 thousand PLN... Thus, the amount is higher than in the subsidy program for individuals:

There are other benefits to the taxi driver program that you might not look for in the common people subsidy program:
- allows you to rent a car (but then we can only apply for a subsidy, not for a loan repayable),
- the maximum surcharge threshold for purchasing a car and installing a charger is PLN 150.,
- the applicant can submit no more than one application for three vehicles,
For the eligible cost, please note that for an entrepreneur, this is a net amount... Thus, if the taxi driver only used the car for commercial purposes, the maximum co-financing threshold would increase to almost 185 PLN gross. This includes vehicles eligible for the retail program and a range of larger vehicles.
In the list below, we only list vehicles from segment B and above. They are sorted by price gross purchase, because we decided that it would be easier - some entrepreneurs will decide to deduct 50 percent, others - 100 percent VAT:

The above list must be current at the time of publication. A car purchased with co-financing must be in the territory of the Republic of Poland for three years, but the terms of the program do not indicate that it must belong to the same owner.
Acceptance of applications begins on June 26, 2020 and will last until July 31, 2020. Its goal is to bring 1 electric taxi to the roads and launch 000 charging points with a capacity of up to 1 kW.
