Audi BDV engine
Content
The company assembled the 2.4-liter injection engine Audi BDV 2.4 V6 from 2001 to 2005 and installed only two, but very massive models of the concern of that time: A4 B6 and A6 C5. This power unit is essentially an environmentally improved analogue of the APS or ARJ motor.
The EA835 range also includes combustion engines: ALF, ABC, AAH, ACK, ALG, ASN and BBJ.

Disadvantages, breakdowns and problems of BDV
The main complaints of car owners with this internal combustion engine are related to oil and antifreeze leaks.
It is worth at least once to overheat the engine well and modest leaks turn into streams
Hydraulic lifters and chain tensioners quickly fail from cheap lubrication
The reason for the unstable operation of the engine is usually in throttle contamination or KXX
On long runs, the electrician often fails: sensors, ignition coils and lambdas
