Ecobonus, Lombardy region, relaunch

The Lombardy Regional Council recently approved two resolutions to increase coverage in the area Ecobonus and accelerate the replacement of older and more polluting vehicles in circulation.  

Al fund intended for pawnshop companies for 2018/2019 (6,5 million euros were allocated for the tender "Rinnova Veicoli") another 2 million were added, in the amount of 8,5 million euros. Applications can be submitted until 10 October 2019.

A new infusion of funds is planned for 2020, even if the measures are no longer related to engine technology, but will focus on PM, NOX and CO2 emissions.

Who can request Ecobonus?

new Calling commercial vehicles targets micro, small and medium-sized enterprises with an operational headquarters in Lombardy that are laying off petrol car (up to Euro 2 inclusive) o Diesel (up to 5 euros inclusive) and purchases, including for the carriage of goods at their own expense or on behalf of third parties e also in the form of financial leasing, a vehicle capable of guaranteeing low pollutant emissions.

What kind of cars can you buy?

The loan is to provide irrevocable grant very low emission vehicle category.

In particular, the Eco-bonuses of the Lombardy region relate to the purchase veicoli M1, M2, M3, N1, N2 or N3belonging to one of the following categories: pure electric, hybrid (gasoline / electric only, full hybrid or plug-in hybrid), natural gas exclusively and LPG exclusive, natural gas and LPG dual-fuel (gasoline / methane and gasoline / LPG).

Who is excluded from the conversation?

Companies operating in the sector are excluded from participation in the Rinnova Veicoli tender. fisheries and aquaculture and in the area primary agricultural production; transport companies for third parties, in accordance with the provisions of Art. 3 EU Regulation 1407/2013, registered in the relative register.

Object characteristics

The loan consists in the provision of a grant in the amount of proportional to vehicle mass / weight. 

Payment of the contribution will be made in full after checking the report submitted on Unioncamere Lombardia online office.

Required documents

Mandatory documentation for submitting an Ecobonus request to Lombardy region includes, in short:

• a completed application form, a receipt for payment of the current stamp duty in the amount of 16 euros;
• il quote from seller vehicle from which the vehicle type, relative power source and discount applied;
• Declaration of Contributions De Minimis;
• order for digital signature and electronic submission of a grant application with the attachment of a document proving the identity of the delegating party and the delegate;
• anti-mafia self-certification former art. 89 of Legislative Decree 159/2011 digitally signed by the legal representative of the beneficiary company.
