Peugeot electric mountain bikes: crossover range with versatile positioning
Introduced as a 'crossover' offering, Peugeot Cycles' new eT01 range of e-bikes is divided into four main variants with versatile positions.
At the crossroads of off-road and off-road bicycles, the new eT01 (e = electric, T = trekking) crossover range from Peugeot Cycles aims to attract the attention of a wide variety of customers with a range available in four main variants.
eT01 Crossover D9
The Peugeot eT01 Crossover D9, available in two frame categories, Sport or Mixed, combines a Bosch Active Line engine with a 400 Wh Powertube battery. Built into the frame, it provides up to 110 km of battery life.
Mounted on 29-inch Hutchinson tires and equipped with a Shimano Alivio 9-speed derailleur, the eT01 D9 is positioned as the most affordable model in this new range, with a retail price of 2499 euros.
eT01 Crossover D10
In the middle range we find the eT01 D10 crossover. Sold for 3299 euros, it stands out for its Bosch Performance CX engine. With a torque of 63 Nm, it is coupled to a 500 Wh battery.
The eT01 D10 crossover, available in a sport or mixed frame, features a Shimano Deore 10-speed derailleur and 27.5-inch wheels.
eT01 Crossover FS and FS Equipped
The eT01 Crossover FS sells for the same price as the eT10 D01 and is a "full suspension" version with front and rear suspension with 80mm travel.
As for the electrical part, it uses the same electrical components as the eT01 D9. It is also available in a "rigged" version. Sold for 3999 euros, it has a Bosch Performance Line engine, a 500 Wh battery and a set of practical equipment (mud flaps, front and rear lights, trunk).
Assembled in Romilly-sur-Seine, France, the new Peugeot Cycles range is now available from the brand's distributors.
