Electric bike: VanMoof expands its presence in France
Based on a recent fundraiser, Dutch electric bike manufacturer Vanmoof is announcing the expansion of its international network.
While online sales of electric bikes have become widely available, points of sale are still important for any manufacturer. They provide additional brand visibility and facilitate customer testing. Aware of this challenge, Dutch brand VanMoof will expand its physical presence from 8 to 50 cities over the next six months. As part of this expansion, the manufacturer plans to open 14 Service Centers. Ultra-modern, they will spread between Europe, the United States and Japan. They will offer bike tests, overhauls and repairs.
To better manage its after-sales service operations, VanMoof has also teamed up with over 60 workshops. Certified and trained, they are qualified to operate two brand electric bikes: VanMoof S3 and VanMoof X3.
4 VanMoof locations in France
In France, VanMoof already has its first store in Paris. Three certified workshops will be added soon in Lyon, Bordeaux and Strasbourg.
