Israeli battery development company StoreDot intends to change that by announcing the development of generators that can be fully charged in 5 minutes without interruption - the time for a full tank of fuel for a car with an internal combustion engine.

Some time ago, StoreDot already made a splash in the world of smartphones with a lithium-ion battery that could be charged in 1 minute, FlashBattery. Therefore, this time the brand is attacking the field of electric vehicles, thinking about this battery, the autonomy of which should be enough for a circulation of about 480 kilometers.

Bioorganic nanostructure batteries, Nanodots

The technology developed by StoreDot to create batteries is based on bioorganic nanostructures Nanodots. Therefore, each battery must contain at least 7 such cells that will be used for energy storage. At the moment, the release date of this battery to the market has not been disclosed, however, it has been announced that a prototype is already expected next year.
