« In just a few years, Gogoro has revolutionized the urban electric vehicle battery replacement industry.“ adds Horace Luke, CEO of Gogoro. ” We must now develop our production facilities to meet international requirements. Foxconn's innovation and strong manufacturing capabilities, as well as a commitment to sustainable vehicles, make it the ideal partner for our international projects.. "

India and China as main targets

Foxconn's know-how and resources will enable Gogoro to benefit from sufficient manufacturing capacity for its expansion projects, which already include China and India, two extremely important markets.

A few weeks ago, Gogoro also announced a partnership with the Indian company Hero MotoCorp, the world's leading manufacturer of two-wheeled vehicles, as well as Chinese manufacturers Yadea and DCJ.
