Energica, Sachsenring test - MotoGP

Energica's development and testing program continues on MotoGP circuits in conjunction with the MotoE World Championship scheduled for next year. And as usual Sachsenring la Ego Corsa was the protagonist of the ninth demonstration circle of the season. Track-ready electric supercar from Modenese ENERGETIC it was driven under the Saxon summer sun by Sandro Cortese, the first ever Moto3 World Champion and the current leader of the Supersport World Championship.

"The acceleration is incredible"

“This demo lap was something special for me,” commented Sandro Cortese, “and I want to thank Energica and Dorna for choosing me and giving me this opportunity. The bike clearly has some differences from what I have used so far in my career, but I was pleasantly surprised by the Ego Corsa. The bike has incredible acceleration! I know the guys at Energica are working on a 2019 prototype and there's a lot of development going on right now; I'm sure MotoE will be fun and anyway it's part of our future! ". The next meeting will take place on August 5 in Brno, when MotoGP legend Randy Mamola will drive the Ego Corsa.
