It was obvious, but we thought about it regularly: what if we were driving into a bus lane and we were hit by a car that shouldn't be there, a combustion car that is not a taxi? Unfortunately, there is only one answer, as our Reader using VW ID found out. 3.

Are you entering a lane on which the vehicle could not move? It doesn't matter if you are to blame

Our Reader Famkot took part in the collision. In the morning traffic jam, he went out onto the bus lane. He did not notice that he was racing past the traffic jam of the Opel Insignia. An internal combustion car mowed fender and bumper in ID.3 four months ago. The police ruled that our Reader, who was rebuilt at that time, even if Opel was not supposed to be there, was responsible for the incident. The effects can be seen in the photo:

Such an offense means penalty and 6 penalty points, the need to independently (or with an AC) finance repairs and an increase in civil liability rates and comprehensive insurance of the next auto insurance. In fact, the latter is the most painful from a financial point of view, some insurance companies (for example, Generali) check the history of collisions up to 5 years ago and therefore may double rates or more.

The driver of the Opel Insignia was initially considered a victim of the accident. It was only after being reminded that he should not be in the bus lane that he also received a notice of the fine.
