ESS - Electronic Suspension System

This is an example of active suspension (intelligent as defined by the manufacturer) that automatically adapts the suspension and damping characteristics to provide maximum comfort when optimally tuned, for example by reducing roll, pitch and wheel oscillation.

It usually uses electronically controlled air springs and can be integrated with the ESP system (like Teves). Basically it is a system that creates forces on the frame to counteract buckling.
