This electric bike pays homage to the Porsche 935

In honor of the racing Porsche 935, the Super73 is unveiling a limited edition of its famous electric bike.

The Porsche 935 is one of the most formidable racers to hit the 24 Hours of Le Mans. A true icon for many enthusiasts, the 935 continues to inspire. And even electric bikes like the Super73-S2.

The bike more closely follows the colorful paintwork of the Porsche 935 / 77A n ° 40, which raced the 24 Hours of Man in 1979, but doomed to remain in the shadow of its victorious sister, 935 K3 n ° 41. But, without a doubt, the Super73 chose the best colors here for this electric bike that breathes for 70s.

Unique piece

The frame is painted in a turquoise hue, which is combined with purple, red and orange stripes. Purple handles and red pedals, as well as the included fire extinguisher (in relation to the race), the transmission chain is in gold. But most impressive is the work done on the Alcantara saddle and the introduction of the huge slick tires that seem to have eluded the Bugatti track. The electrical part is entrusted to a 960 Wh battery that powers the motor, capable of accelerating the bike up to 25 km / h.
